Sally Jack – National Poetry Day 2011

For National Poetry Day 2011, third year student Sally Jack spent the day in the Kimberlin library, talking library users into writing about the subject of games, to provide her with raw material for a series of poems.
Here is the complete set of poems, available in podcast format, covering every aspect of games from Scrabble-rage to skipping rhymes to drinking games. (Thanks must go to Martin England for the recording of this podcast; and also to Sally’s daughter Sarah – youngest honorary member of the Demon Crew – for her star guest appearance on “Skipping Rhymes”).
